The Job
Data is at the heart of QIMA. Our online dashboards are designed to empower our clients, giving then real-time, accurate data about their products quality and compliance. Internally, dashboards are also widely spread, helping all our departments analyzing and improving key metrics, to deliver the best service for our clients.
We are looking for an organized and passionate Data Analyst to join our team and continue to deliver actionable insights for all our users.
As a Data Analyst, your responsibilities will include (but not limited to):
Prepare raw data for analysis
Design and maintain data dashboards, reports
Automate and monitor data refresh processes
Perform data accuracy checks, data comparison and report any issues that may arise
Locate and define new process improvement opportunities
The Candidate
It could be you, if you have:
A Bachelor’s or equivalent degree in a related field (e.g. Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics)
1+ years of experience in a similar position, and hands-on experience with Data Visualization Tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI)
Good technical proficiency with SQL, Excel
Ability to handle complex database schemas and transform them into concise data structures
Experience with ETL jobs, data cleansing and validation
High attention to detail, good organizational skills, and the ability to take proactive action when needed
Perfect command of English
It also helps if you have:
Experience with scripting (Python, VBA, PowerShell, R)
Knowledge of relational databases, such as Oracle
